Maintenance Technician 

Full-Time | In-Person

Overview
Responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and readiness of residential properties. This role includes grounds maintenance, apartment turns, painting, and light maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and maintain property grounds and buildings
  • Complete apartment turns including painting, drywall repair, and cleaning
  • Perform landscaping, snow removal, and exterior upkeep
  • Complete maintenance work orders
  • Assist with moving furniture and unit preparation

Requirements

  • Apartment maintenance experience required
  • Residential painting experience required
  • Landscaping and drywall experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to perform physical tasks
  • On-call emergency maintenance availability


Leasing Coordinator

Full-Time | In-Person

Overview
Support leasing and property management operations while delivering a high-quality experience to prospects and residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to leasing inquiries and schedule tours
  • Follow up with prospects and assist with renewals
  • Maintain accurate property listings
  • Update marketing materials including photos and videos
  • Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and unit staging
  • Support resident events and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of property leasing experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and Canva
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license


Property Turn Manager

Full-Time | In-Person

Overview
Manage residential unit turns from start to finish, ensuring smooth move-ins, move-outs, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate unit turns and move-in/move-out processes
  • Conduct inspections and post charges
  • Coordinate vendors including maintenance, painters, and cleaners
  • Prepare keys, utilities, and building access
  • Perform property walks and building assessments
  • Assist with staging model and furnished units

Requirements

  • Proven property management experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of property management regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
