Lease-Up Strategist

We are looking for an experienced Lease-Up Strategist for our residential Ohio City portfolio.  Responsible for managing and coordinating lease-up projects from beginning to end. Show apartments, accept applications, and screen applicants (verifying and certifying each resident’s income at initial, interim, and annual re-certification) to determine eligibility in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable regulations. Manage response rate of all leads/inquiries in ENTRATA. Perform various outreach activities throughout Ohio City, local business and demand generators in the area. Develop and maintain close relationships with resources in the industry. Communicate effectively with new residents, potential residents and internal executives. Provide a variety of reports to internal and external stakeholders. Develop and maintain the lease-up budget for each project including invoicing, billing, tracking payments, and allocating funds

Develop positive business relationships with primary vendors, resources and clients through regular interactions via industry events, sponsorships, or phone and email communications

Property Manager

Must have 3+ years of property management experience. The Property Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations across the My Place Group Ohio City portfolio of properties. This position leads and directs a team of leasing consultants and maintenance professionals focused on driving value at the property by increasing occupancy rates, maintaining the overall community appearance, and delivering a high quality living experience for our tenants. ·Oversees the daily operation of the leasing and service departments by focusing efforts on maintaining high levels of retention, community appearance, and overall customer service levels with tenants. Manages operations to ensure the community is profitable and operates within its approved annual operating budget. Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers, prospects, residents, vendors and employees. Prepares periodic reports and updates on the condition of the property for company leadership on a regular, ongoing basis
